Intermediate meeting in France !
Above, us in front of the old gate of Amboise. The intermediary meeting took place in our beautiful AMBOISE in the Loire Valley. ERAHR objective is to foster high-quality youth work aiming to provide youth workers with new skills, knowledge and tools in the field of human rights and environmental education. We had the pleasure to welcome Go green from Spain who foster green practices and our newest partner, Amici di Puck, that does an amazing work in the field of people with disabilities and fewer opportunities.
We welcomed our partners around French specialities ! We have started with our Val de Loire specialties : Rillons and Rillette, then we moved to the south with Foie Gras, we followed with the north-east and south-each with Tarte Flambées and Pissaladière and we finished with French Cheese. All ingredients were bought near by to support local economy. It is important to share the French culture and this can means by the food with local ingredients.
