1 – How has the ‘Women with Big Dreams’ training shaped your perspective on women entrepreneurship?
I initially had an idea about women entrepreneurship in my country, but I was primarily focused on the local landscape and the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs within my borders. However, participating in the ‘Women with Big Dreams’ Erasmus+ project expanded my horizons and provided me with an international perspective.
I learned about the diverse approaches taken by women entrepreneurs in different regions of the world.
2 – What have you learnt from the two entrepreneurs that came to talk to the Women with Big Dreams project? Which is the most powerful lesson learnt?
During the Women with Big Dreams project, we had the privilege of hearing from two inspiring entrepreneurs who shared their experiences and wisdom.
While both entrepreneurs provided valuable insights, if I were to choose the most powerful lesson, it would be the lesson of resilience and perseverance. The journey of an entrepreneur is often filled with hurdles, doubts, and moments of uncertainty.
They inspired me to believe in my own capabilities and to keep pushing forward, no matter the challenges I may encounter.
3 – What will you do now in your community to foster women entrepreneurship and/or help young women in need to become empowered through entrepreneurship?
Women Entrepreneurship Hackathons: I will organize hackathons focused on women entrepreneurship, bringing together enthusiastic young women with diverse skills and backgrounds. In these intense but fun events, participants will collaborate in teams to solve real-world challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. Mentors and industry experts will provide guidance, and winning teams will receive support to implement their innovative solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and problem-solving.
