Question 1: Reflect on your experience in Benalmadena: Can you share a highlight or a particularly
impactful moment from your time in Benalmadena participating in the project “E-Comm Youth Boost”? What made this moment stand out for you? (e.g. peer learning among participants, discussions, specific activities, intercultural experience, EU values that help you to breakstereotypes among countries).
The experience in Benalmadena was deffinetely one of my favorites from all the Erasmus+ projects. All of the nationalities became friends very fast and this is important in order to be comfortable and active in the social process and the project process. I would say that the highlight or a particular impactful moment from the time in Benalmadena was the peer learning among the participants. A lot of great ideas related with E-commerce business that you can get information from.
Question 2: Throughout the project, what was the most significant learning experience for you, especially in terms of integrating e-commerce into youth engagement? How has this experience influenced your approach to youth work? (e.g. insights gained from non-formal learning methods, personal growth moments during the training, or understanding the importance of sustainable, EU values and ethical practices in e commerce and digital entrepreneurship).
Throughout the project, the learning process was definetely easy and fun. It offered us the chance to work together with other nationalities and exploring ideas from different cultures and mentality. We had a personal growth moment in this project mainly because we were offered the chance to work by brainstorm and use your personal ideas that you can develop with the help of others. It was not the usual process where you just learn the information and apply the information that you read. In this type of learning you can be active and feel involved with your own ideas.
Question 3: Looking forward: Based on your experiences and the non-formal skills you’ve acquired during the project in Benalmadena, how do you plan to apply what you’ve learned on Erasmus+ and e-commerce to future initiatives or your professional practice? Are there any specific strategies or insights that you plan to incorporate into your work with diverse youth groups (e.g. utilizing new non-formal methods to enhance accessibility and inclusivity within your organisation)?
Personally, based on my previous Erasmus+ projects including this one, the non-formal
education is a much easier and fun way to educate other people.
In future initiatives I will definitely use the process from this project and encourage people to learn from each other and develop their ideas by supporting each other and of course by offering feedbacks.
Which is exactly what I would like to be implemented in my professional practice, accessibility and inclusion for everyone. This will not only help a business but also help the mental health of the worker.
